DECORATION TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
Orders for the decoration of goods are subject to the following terms and conditions of sale.

Approval of Proofs. You are responsible to ensure that proofs are correct in all respects. You should check decoration method, spelling, colors, logo size, logo placement, layout and design as well as garment style/color/size, order pricing, add-ons and quantities before approving proof. IQ INK disclaims any responsibility for any error in spelling, colors, logo size, logo placement, layout and design as well as order pricing, add-ons and quantities once you have approved a proof for production.

Production Times. Standard production times are based on product specific order volumes. Production time does not include transit time. Failure to confirm proofs will affect the completion date. In addition, any special requests including special handling, packaging or dropships will increase production time. Please contact IQ INK for an estimated quote on lead-time for production and transit.

Cancellations of / Changes To Decoration Orders. A Decoration order may not be cancelled once the order has been approved by you. Changes to goods being decorated or to the artwork or logo placement on an order may not be made once you have approved the order. Changes to shipping information may be made by you at any point in time before the order has completed production as determined by IQ INK in its sole discretion.

Returns of Decorated Orders: Return of goods decorated by IQ INK due to real or perceived defect in the application of the decoration requires prior approval and is subject to our sole discretion. 

Infringement Claims: IQ INK disclaims any liability for any claims or damages for infringement of any intellectual property belonging to a third party arising out of IQ INK's use of art work or logo supplied by you to IQ INK. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless IQ INK and its agents from any and all claims or damages, direct or indirect including consequential damages, as a result of the actual or alleged infringement of any copyright, trademark or patent owned by a third party arising from IQ INK's use of art work or logo supplied by you to IQ INK to be used for decoration services provided by IQ INK or its agents to you.

IN NO EVENT WILL IQ INK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING FROM THE DECORATION OF GOODS BY IQ INK OR FROM THE MANUFACTURE, SALE OR USE OF ANYTHING MADE BASED ON THE DECORATED GOODS, EVEN IF IQ INK IS AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Logo Restrictions: Certain products have restrictions established by the trademark owner of the product with respect to both the type of decoration that can be put on the product and the end user that the product can be sold to by IQ INK's customers.
